By accessing and using RentOnFriend ("Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this Agreement. Additionally, when using RentOnFriend's services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

RentOnFriend is a platform that allows users to connect with potential roommates, flatmates, and friends. The Platform provides a way for users to create profiles, browse other profiles, and communicate with each other. Some features require a paid subscription to access.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create a user account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Not share your account credentials with others

4. User Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for the content you post on the Platform, including:

• Profile information and photos
• Messages and communications with other users
• Any other content you submit

You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, or hateful.

5. Subscription and Payments

Subscriptions are processed through Cashfree, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your profile settings.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
